Discovery Zone

As part of the Leeds Festival of Science 2017, 450 pupils from primary and secondary schools (KS2) from the Leeds area attended the 2 day Discovery Zone event.
There were a wide range of stalls, including one from the Antimicrobial Resistance Programme led by one of our Post Doctoral Research Fellows, Jack Goode. Pupils discovered interactively about how bacteria become resistant to antibiotics.
